Cancellation Policy
We have very polite clients, but situations can vary in the service industry ☝🏻
To ensure mutual respect for each other’s time, kindly familiarize yourself with the basic rules:

- If you cancel/rescheduling an appointment in less than 24 hours, you will be charged 100% of the procedure cost.
- If you cancel an appointment in the 24 hour window and ignore payment, the salon will no longer provide you with any services or accept appointments.
2️⃣
- In case of unforeseen circumstances resulting in us canceling/rescheduling an appointment in less than 24 hours, you’ll receive a discount on the next appointment as an apology.
